Misao Jo (1913-2018) was the founder of SAORI Weaving. Today, many hundred’s of SAORI weavers across the World follow her methods and philosophy of weaving. The SAORI looms and equipment continue to be produced in Japan to facilitate this wonderful way of weaving.
